    Group Rides

    Club Tri-Tech will be hosting two group rides per week.  The Sunday Morning Group Ride and the Tuesday night group ride. The Tuesday night group ride will alternate every other Tues. with the Tuesday night Time Trial.  See the schedule for details.

    During the winter months we will host an indoor trainer ride every Thurs. night at 7:00 pm at Tri-Tech.  See below for details!

    Sunday

    NOW RIDING!

    The Sunday morning outdoor ride at 11:00 am. will start behind Hoover Dam in the parking lot at the top by the frisbee golf course.  This happens contingent upon the temperature being above 32 degrees and the roads are completely dry.  No Rain, Snow, or Ice!

    Tuesday

    The Tuesday night Time Trials and Group rides have ended for the season.  We will begin again in the spring.  Please see the schedule for times and dates.

    The Tuesday night Time Trials will begin in the spring and be every other Tuesday at 6:00 pm.  Please check the Time Trials schedule for specific times and dates.

    We will alternate the Time Trial with a Tues. night Group Ride every other Tuesday from Hoover Dam.

    Thursday

    NOW RIDING!

    The Thursday night indoor trainer workouts at Tri-Tech will start on Thurs. December 3rd. at 7:00 pm.  Bring your own bike, trainer, block, mat, water, towel, and fan.  We will set up and warm up from 7: 00  to 7:30 pm.  We will then start the Spinervals video and ride another 45 minutes to an hour.

    These Trainer workouts will continue every Thursday at 7:00 pm until spring!
